Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important: YatraJoy's convenience fee of Rs.300 per passenger is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances including cancellation, flight disruption, or technical failure. This fee covers platform, technology, and service costs already incurred.

The Rs.300 fee is charged for providing flight search, comparison, booking technology, payment processing, and customer support. This fee is earned at the time of booking irrespective of subsequent cancellations.
2. Technical Failure Auto-Refund
100% Auto-Refund Guarantee: If your ticket cannot be issued due to a technical error after payment, your full base fare is automatically refunded within 5–7 business days. The Rs.300 YatraJoy fee remains non-refundable.
- Payment authorized but ticket fails: payment voided automatically (0–2 days)
- Payment captured but ticket fails: base fare refunded within 5–7 business days
- Refund goes to original payment method
3. Airline Cancellation Refunds
Refundable Fares
- Base fare refunded as per airline policy after receiving from airline (7–15 business days)
- Airline cancellation charges apply per their fare rules
- YatraJoy Rs.300 fee is NOT refunded
Non-Refundable Fares
- No base fare refund applicable as per airline policy
- YatraJoy Rs.300 fee also non-refundable
- Some airlines may offer credit shell or partial tax refund at their discretion
4. Airline-Initiated Cancellations
If an airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to a full base fare refund from the airline (10–20 business days). YatraJoy will facilitate this. The Rs.300 fee remains non-refundable as the booking service was already rendered.
5. Hotel Cancellations
- Free cancellation hotels: full base amount refunded within 7–10 business days
- Non-refundable hotels: no refund applicable
- YatraJoy Rs.300 fee: non-refundable in all cases

7. How to Request Refund
