Booking details: Passenger name, date of birth, passport/ID number
Contact details: Email address, phone number
Payment details: Processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store card data.

2.2 Automatically Collected

IP address, browser type, device type
Pages visited, search queries, booking history

3. How We Use Your Information

To process and confirm flight/hotel bookings
To issue tickets and send confirmations via email and WhatsApp
To process payments and manage refunds
To provide customer support
To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only with: Airlines/hotels (to complete booking), Razorpay (payment processing), Duffel/Amadeus (flight API), and legal authorities when required by law.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking data for 7 years as required under Indian tax and financial regulations. Request deletion of non-essential data at support@yatrajoy.com.

6. Security

256-bit SSL encryption for all data. Payments via Razorpay (PCI DSS compliant). We do not store card numbers or CVV on our servers.
